SERVICE

We like to run on time and if you are not at the departure point by the advertised boarding time, we will depart. There will be others on board that have arrived on-time and we do not want to impact their experience.

If you do arrive late, you will need to take a cab at your own expense to catch up with the tour. We strongly advise you to arrive early for the tour as no refunds will be considered if you miss the service.

During the day, you must respect the timetables indicated by the tour guide.

With regards to the return, the hours indicated on the program are based on normal circulating conditions. We do not take any responsibility for possible delays.

RESERVATIONS

The reservation becomes effective when the client receives written confirmation delivered by Bayeux Shuttle.

A reservation is required for each service.

Reservations must be made in the name of the traveler(s) or the name of the travel agency. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation and will be confirmed once full payment has been received.

We do not accept children under 4 years old in our group tours. If you do plan to bring a child or infant, please specify this when booking. European law dictates that each passenger, regardless of age, has to occupy a seat. Children also require special seats. We will provide these if you tell us in advance. As children have to occupy a seat, adult pricing applies to all seats.

COST

Our price includes the services made during reservation and mentioned on your booking confirmation (museum included or not).

Our prices do not include meals and other personal expenses.

PAYMENTS

Payment will be determined at the time of booking. Final payment must be received by Bayeux Shuttle in accordance with said agreement.

If final payment is not received, Bayeux Shuttle reserve the right to cancel any such reservation without prior notice.

Full payment is required to finalize your booking. Payment can be done on our website by credit card through Paypal secure payment platform.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We are forced to pay a PayPal chargeback fee. 5% will be removed from the amount you are refunded.

With respect to our intricate planning, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

LIABILITY

The traveler accepts that unforeseeable events may occur when traveling, and agrees that Bayeux Shuttle, cannot be held responsible for any consequences. These events include but are not limited to: illness, theft, trade disputes, mechanical breakdown, excessive traffic, the weather, quarantine, protests, road accidents, roadworks, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war or death.
