BAYEUX SHUTTLE

There are lots of companies to choose from in Normandy. Some have been around a long time and there are also some new kids on the block. We don’t make comments about other companies; rather, we concentrate on what we do. If you chose to take a tour with us, be assured that our standards are extremely high, our vehicle fleet is always in tip-top condition, our guides are English speaking and have a great experience. We pride ourselves on our great customer service.

What do they say? Do not judge a book by its cover! When the company was created, it was decided to not have a war related name for our business. There were two reasons for this: we offer far more than just war tours and, as a mark of respect for what happened in Normandy, we felt it was right to steer clear of war related branding.
We are very respectful of what took place in Normandy and, we are more than aware that we are taking thousands of people to these sacred sites.

Absolutely! You only have to look at the reviews from our previous clients to see that our hearts are in the right place and, we always do the right thing for our clients.

PAYMENTS

Absolutely! We use PayPal as our payment gateway so you can be sure your information is secure. In fact, we have no access at all to your financial details if you book online. Transactions are handled by PayPal and once the payment has cleared, our server is notified and your seats are then secured at our end.

No problem! Via the PayPal payment gateway, you can select either to pay with a PayPal account or, with a debit or credit card. Simply select the best option that suits you.

Of course! Our office is open Monday to Friday. You can reach us at +33 6 07 19 54 05 from 09:00 until 18:00. Please note that this is French local time. Please do not forget the time difference when calling from a foreign country.

DURING YOUR TOUR

No. Just present yourself to the guide at the meeting point and you will be checked in via our electronic system.

We only accept small overnight bags and small backpacks. As we have limited space, all other items of luggage will not be accepted. To avoid problems, we suggest contacting your hotel to arrange for them to store your luggage while you do the tour.

As we have limited space on board our vehicles, we cannot carry any wheelchairs, walkers or strollers. If you really cannot do a tour without an aid of this sort, we recommend booking a private tour as we have more space on board the type of vehicle we use.

Weather in Normandy can be humid and windy. We advise you to wear runners or hiking shoes, warm clothes and raincoat according to the season.

We have no objections to taking children on board our tours. However, please bear in mind that some of our tours are long and it can be difficult for very small children, especially infants. We do not want to have difficult moments for you or our other clients. Therefore, we do not accept children under 4 in our group tours. If you do have children, we suggest considering taking a private tour. If you do plan to bring a child or infant, please specify this when booking. European law dictates that each passenger, regardless of age, has to occupy a seat. Children also require special seats. We will provide these if you tell us in advance. As children have to occupy a seat, adult pricing applies to all seats.

We only allow water to be consumed on board our vehicles. There is plenty of free time to eat and drink while outside the vehicle so we kindly ask that you respect our vehicle cleanliness by not eating or drinking on board.

Please arrange this with the guide when you join the tour.

Yes. All of our vans are equipped with hands free microphones for the guide.
