Magali Thévenot

Born and raised in Champagne, Magali fell in love with the United States when a teenager. She pursued her dream after graduation as a high school Exchange Student in Tennessee, then a Teaching Assistant at the State University of Buffalo, NY, after a French Masters in Literary Translation.

Upon her return to France, she kept the connection with the United States by working as a Tour Director, welcoming American cultural groups of all ages visiting France, and sharing with them her culture.

Over a decade ago, life took her to beautiful  Normandy where she settled on Omaha Beach. From then she naturally became a guide on the Normandy Landing Beaches, enjoying sharing with visitors the so meaningful history of this very peculiar area of France.
