The season is now over for the Airborne museum. Normally, the museum closes only in December and January, with one opening during the Christmas vacations. This year, due to the major works underway, the museum closed early, on November, and will reopen on February 10, 2024, without a Christmas opening. This is an opportunity for the construction and renovation teams to pull out all the stops and prepare you for the very rich new features that will be accessible from May 2024!
In order to mark a memorable milestone the coincidence of the 60th anniversary of the inauguration of the museum with the 80th anniversary of the D-Day, the Airborne Museum has made plans of great magnitude, with a new renovation-extension project. The museum will quite literally completely change form.
